Monster Fit Striking M.F.S Waiver of Liability
At Monster Fit Striking M.F.S, we are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for all participants. However, we acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in physical activities.
I/We understand and accept that participating in the training, programs, and events at Monster Fit Striking M.F.S comes with certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illnesses, or even death. I/We assume full responsibility for any injuries that may occur, including falls, collisions with other participants, weather conditions (such as high heat and/or humidity), and other potential hazards that may arise during activities.
I/We acknowledge my responsibility to communicate any physical or psychological concerns that may affect my participation in activities. I/We confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of engaging in the physical activities I choose to participate in
By signing this waiver, I/We agree to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE, AND RELEASE Monster Fit Striking M.F.S, its officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from any liabilities, demands, or claims arising out of my participation in the training, programs, and/or events offered by Monster Fit Striking M.F.S.
By signing below, I/We indicate that I/We have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver of Liability. I am aware that this is a release of liability and I willingly accept its terms.

En Monster Fit Striking M.F.S, estamos comprometidos a crear un entorno seguro y de apoyo para todos los participantes. Sin embargo, reconocemos que existen riesgos inherentes en las actividades físicas.
Yo/Nosotros entendemos y aceptamos que participar en los entrenamientos, programas y eventos de Monster Fit Striking M.F.S conlleva ciertos riesgos, incluyendo pero no limitado a accidentes, lesiones, enfermedades o incluso la muerte. Yo/Nosotros asumimos toda la responsabilidad por cualquier lesión que pueda ocurrir, incluyendo caídas, colisiones con otros participantes, condiciones meteorológicas (como altas temperaturas y/o humedad), y otros posibles peligros que puedan surgir durante las actividades.
Yo/Nosotros reconocemos mi responsabilidad de comunicar cualquier preocupación física o psicológica que pueda afectar mi participación en las actividades. Yo/Nosotros confirmamos que estoy físicamente y mentalmente capacitado para participar en las actividades físicas que elijo.
Al firmar esta exención, yo/Nosotros acordamos MANTENER INDEMNE, RENUNCIAR Y LIBERAR a Monster Fit Striking M.F.S, sus oficiales, agentes, empleados, organizadores, representantes y sucesores de cualquier responsabilidad, demandas o reclamaciones que surjan de mi participación en los entrenamientos, programas y/o eventos ofrecidos por Monster Fit Striking M.F.S.
Al firmar a continuación, yo/Nosotros indicamos que hemos leído, entendido y aceptamos esta Exención de Responsabilidad. Soy consciente de que esto es una liberación de responsabilidad y acepto voluntariamente sus términos.
